Well, I am so glad that the thousands of your reviewers got the little swing, like it or not, they got it!!! I, however, ordered this product on 10/31/08; verified “Thanks for your order” email that day. Received another verified “Your gift has left the arena” email, dated 11/08. Arrived @ granddaughter’s home late November and was surprised to find that she did not get delivery of the swing. To no avail, my attempts to find out where the swing is through Amazon.comllc and Fed Ex, which I paid $18.00 for delivery, met with some very and ongoing stress, as the # given to me for the order could not be accepted via their customer service site. ANDS I never received a tracking number, so Fed Ex was useless via their automated service. So, tomorrow I attend my only granddaughter’s baby shower without a gift for my first Great Grandson. AND I have Amazon.com to thank for this!!!

I was so exited about this swing for my lil baby girl,I wanted it in the worst way…Well I am so very disapointed…We recieved it as a gift for my baby shower,So of course being a new Mommy I wanted the thing Put together the second I got home!LOL!At first,Before my daughter was born,The swing sounded and acted GREAT.Then when she was about 4 months old we started hearing wierd sounds coming from it,Like a loud clunk I thought that the motor might have been blown.Then the swing will make noise like it’s on,But the stupid thing won’t even swing!so my daughter gets upset and starts crying,I can’t say that I blame her,A SWING that doesn’t SWING??HUH??Another thing is I would go to shut the swing off,When my daughter was sleeping to pick her up to put her to bed,Well the music would turn on!Wake her up…I guess the over all review would be, DON’T BUY THIS OR GIVE AS A GIFT TO ANYONE!!!!Also it chews through batterys!!!!

Al principio no sabía si comprar esta silla u otra. Sin embargo luego de leer las recomendaciones de los otros papás me decidí. Me llegó en una semana, la caja no es grande ( la imaginaba más grande), sin embargo, tuve que armarla, lo que me llevó 20 minutos aproximadamente. Armar la silla fue bastante sencillo, las instrucciones dejan todo claro. Una vez armada sentamos a nuestra hija Sonsoles y ….. le encantó. Ella tiene 4 meses y de inmediato quedó encantada con la música y el movimiento. Además, el espejo que trae en la parte inferior le llamó la atención. Estuvimos toda la tarde viendo como jugaba con su nueva silla y lo mejor de todo es que me di cuenta que no boté el dinero en esta compra. Otro punto importante es que usa 4 pilas grandes “D” de 1,5 volts y el motor hace un poco de ruido en los primeros segundos (30-45 segundos)mientras alcanza la velocidad de balanceo, luego de esto el motor no se escucha nada….

Las pilas duran 1 mes aproximadamente, y ahora mi hija pesa 10 kilos y el motor de la silla a penas alcanza la velocidad para el balanceo, es decir, a este peso el motor de la silla presenta poco poder.

Got this as a gift from grandparents before our son was born. He hates it and screams every time we put him in it. Thankfully, he’s a very easy baby and usually doesn’t cry or get upset unless he’s hungry or needs a diaper change. This swing and the car seat are one of the things he dislikes. Complete waste of money.

I received this swing as a gift. I really liked that it was more of a cradle swing, that the tray was removable(in fact I never even put it on and it was great), and the fact that it swings side to side, like a crade, or front and back, like a normal swing. My baby loved it, the music, the mobile, etc. In the early months, it was the only place that she would sleep without me, so I loved the few moments of sanity that it gave me.
What I didn’t like about it was #1, it uses a zillion batteries if you use the mobile regularly, and #2 the speed control was pretty stupid, I thought since all the speeds were the same, no matter which setting you have the swing on. But if you can live with these complaints then this is an awesome swing.
